Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship across India to all major cities, towns, and most pin codes.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight. We occasionally offer free shipping on orders above a certain value — keep an eye on our store for promotions!

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your order on our Track Your Order page.
Delays & Issues
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to:
- High demand periods (festivals, sales)
- Weather conditions or natural events
- Courier partner delays

Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
