Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Item is returned within 7 days of delivery
• Item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
• Item is in its original packaging with all tags intact
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is provided

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been washed, worn, or altered
• Items purchased during sale or at a discounted price
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via our Contact page
2. Share your order number and reason for return along with photos of the item
3. Our team will review and respond within 2 business days
4. Once approved, ship the item back to our address (return shipping cost is borne by the customer)

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Exchange

We currently offer size exchanges subject to availability. Please contact us to check stock before initiating an exchange.
